The TC Crew is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on the Greeter Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Student Ministries Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with one of our Service Experience Teams, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Life Group or Outreach Ministry—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.
Where To Serve
Coffee - Our team brings a personal touch to our worship experiences by hosting in the lobby, at the coffee station.
Connect - Our team serves as the hosts of TC Connect, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those discovering their next steps at Today Church.
Events - Our team works behind the scenes to take on special projects for events at Today Church, including stage design, decorations, and updates as needed.
Facilities - Our team works behind the scenes to maintain and clean our facility.
Greeters - Our team welcomes people to Today Church at the front doors and at the entrance to the sanctuary.
Kids Check-In - Our team facilitates the check-in process in Today Church Kids to ensure children are cared for effectively and efficiently.(Age: 18+, Background check)
Kids Leadership - Our team invests in the lives of children through worship, Biblical teaching, videos, Life Groups, and games. (Background check)
Life Group Leaders - We are trained to facilitate Life Groups and equipped to build relationships while helping group members discover their next steps. (Background check)
Nursery/Preschool - Our team ministers to children through Bible stories, worship, prayer, hands-on activities and personal interactions. (Background check)
Outreach - Our team takes the message of Christ into our community through felt needs. This includes monthly outreaches as well as special events.
Prayer - Our team provides prayer covering for services, teams and ministries at Today Church. (Age: 18+)
Security - Our team works behind the scenes to provide and maintain a safe, secure environment to every area of our church, including services and special events. This ministry is by invitation only. (Age: 18+, Background check)
Students (Fearless and Ignite) - Our team helps students get connected to our Today Church Students Ministries through weekly services, Life Groups, retreats, and monthly outings. (Background check)
Ushers - Our team assists people to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment. (Age: 16+)
Worship and Production - Our team facilitates a powerful worship experience through vocals, instruments, and a production team that includes Audio Engineering, Media Resources, and Lighting. (Audition Required for Vocalists and Instrumentalists)
